Deanna Solodko, PsyD
Deanna Solodko, PsyD, LMHC is A1 Behavioral Health Services’ Chief Executive Officer. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a doctorate degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University in San Diego, and joined A1 Behavioral in March 2013.Dr. Solodko has nearly 12 years of clinical and operations experience in the behavioral health sector, including 5 years in community mental health in Orange County, California. She has held various clinical and administrative positions, where she had clinical oversight and supervision for the adult residential programs for dual-diagnosed population, and has worked extensively in the non-profit section in developing a dual-diagnosis outpatient program for indigent adults.
Jennifer Stevens, MS, LMHC
VP of Operations
Jennifer Stevens, MS, LMHC is A1 Behavioral Health’s Vice President of Operations. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 14 years combined experience in the substance abuse and mental health treatment field. She has 8-10 years of administrative experience ranging from Administrator, Clinical Director, and Chief Operating Officer of various programs in the South Florida area developing, operating, and overseeing treatment programs for adults.
Dr. Mark Hernandez, M.D.
Medical Director of Services
Dr. Mark Hernandez is a psychiatrist who is a caring, patient-oriented physician, and he brings a wealth of experience that he has gained at the local hospitals to treat at A1 B on the outpatient level, where he serves as the Medical Director.
Leyla Masri, RN
Leyla Masri, RN, is a registered nurse with over 10 years of nursing experience in the hospital setting as well as treatment centers working with addiction and behavioral health issues. Leyla brings compassion to our clients and families as she is very passionate about her role in the recovery process.
Tiffany Sucher, MS
Tiffany Sucher, MS, has 12 years experience specializing in mood disorders and addiction. She is currently awaiting licensure and CAP certification.
